Mission 3 requires you to build a Contraband Safehouse. This is possible at level 6, but I know there are a lot of level 6 players that don’t have one built. The reward is the same as mission 1 – 7000 credits and alloy. Not a lot, but it’s kind of nice when it’s something you already have built.
